Janelle and her agency have done such a good job of selling my property.
The sale process leading up to Settlement was difficult with purchaser’s property buyers needing to extend their finance period and quite a few other unforeseen issues. Janelle cheerfully and competently dealt with everything, negotiating with property manager, solicitors, purchaser and self. We were all kept “in the loop” at all times.
